Post-season audit · 10 minutes

Every line crossed is next year's policy.

List the boundaries clients crossed this season. The tool clusters them by root cause and hands back the engagement-letter clauses that would have prevented each one. The boundary that lives in writing is the boundary you don't have to defend on a Tuesday at 9pm.

Step 1. List the crossings.

One line each. Don't hold back — late docs, weekend texts, "quick" questions, scope creep, slow payment, the client who keeps "just checking in." Add as many as you can think of.

Examples to spark the list Sent tax docs three days before the deadline. Texted me on a Sunday. Asked for free planning advice in a tax-prep call. Paid 60 days late. Added a new entity mid-engagement and asked if I'd "just include it." Forwarded the IRS letter without context. Argued about an invoice for $40.
